  Evidence, approaches and theories about the benefits of creativity for the wellbeing of children and young people. Creativity is the ability to challenge, question and explore. It involves taking risks, playing with ideas, keeping an open mind and making connections where none are obvious. Encouraging creativity in children and young people is useful for many reasons, including: developing confidence;   developing good relationships with those they are being creative with; finding out what their talents and strengths are and increasing their positive emotions. The creative process helps them flourish by teaching them about who they are, what they love and what they can give to the world. Creativity is often more about the process, rather than the actual product. With children, it is useful for them to focus on the purpose and importance of the creative process as opposed to the outcome.

Confidentiality arises where a person disclosing personal information reasonably expects his or her privacy to be protected such as in a relationship of trust [15] . Practitioners are in a position to come into possession of many personal details about families that they work with. They may be given confidential information verbally, and may however have access    to confidential records depending on their position. Passing on    an information when you should not do so can have serious consequences. It can upset people, trust may be lost, causing damage to working relationships. 23 April, 2010 Introduction The idea of a Canon of scripture originates from Judaism. Its development is mostly tied up with ancient church history which is found in its writings and its institutional aspects.  In this history of the Christian church we get church leaders known as church fathers who made use of the these literary works which later came to be known as canonical scripture.  The heretics also made a selection of the books from the Old Testament that they would quote from. The mushrooming of new writings by the heretics was causing tension in the early church congregation where there were many writings which were being used in teaching.

Many African languages in general are rich in proverbs. This is the medium through which the people express their feelings and thoughts on different situations.These  proverbs have been handed over through word of mouth from generation to generation, but in recent years many have found their way on print media. Below are some of the common proverbs which the author has picked from different sources of African Literature

Communication refers broadly to the process of interacting with others. We build relationships through communication and interaction. Children and young people learn from their conversations with adults [1] . Children who have difficulties communicating may have difficulties forming relationships as communication is the cornerstone of our relationship with other people [2] .

Equality means treating people equally regardless of their colour, gender, age, ethnicity, sexuality, religion and disability. We should treat people equally yet individually to meet individual needs. To be able to do this, first we should understand that people are not the same. This is referred to as diversity.  It recognises that though people have loads of things in common, they are also different in many ways. Diversity is about valuing and recognising these differences. People are different is many ways such as sexuality, age, gender, ethnicity, religion. By understanding our individual differences we can work in ways that everybody feels valued. Inclusion means respecting and accepting people regardless of their age, sex, gender, ethnicity, disability. Inclusion is about people being involved in all aspects of life [1] .

It is of great value to put the child/YP at the centre of assessment and planning . All children and young people academic, personal and social skills are developed to their full potential by providing them with rich learning experiences that reflect their needs, abilities and interests which enables them to achieve [1] . A partnership can be formed by a number of individuals or organisations with a shared interest. Different services and professionals working together with other teams of people in order to meet the needs of children, young people and their parents [1] .
